Avelyn Price Calculation:

Streamlining Your Wine Export Journey.

  1. Select the optional countries for selling your wines.
  2. Enter your export price applicable to all markets (B2C only – private individuals and companies, excluding importers).
  3. The winery packs orders under 20KG in UPS/DHL approved boxes, included in the export price. Order boxes conveniently at Seller Central.
  4. Avelyn adds 20% to your export prices starting from a minimum €1.5 and maximum €10 per bottle (So bottles above 50€ in export prices is limited to 10€) to cover tech-platform and organizational costs, including managing customs compliance.
  5. Eventual recepient excise duties in taxed countries
  6. VAT in receiving countries.
  7. Shipping costs vary:
    1) €3.5/bottle for cross-border parcel shipments with UPS.
    2) 2€/bottle for domestic parcels with UPS.
    3) €0.5/bottle for pallet shipments.
  8. Orders are paid via credit/debit card, with transaction costs added as the final expense.

    Throughout 2024, Avelyn will enhance the tech platform and optimize logistics and distribution costs, introducing inventory management, B2B wholesales, and more. Currently, the calculation is based on drop-shipped parcel orders from wineries.
